A private mortgage lender, Acra Lending primarily specializes in alternative income products including bank statements, asset depletion and verification of employment programs. Their programs include fixed and adjustable rate mortgages (ARMs) for residential properties on both an owner-occupied and non-owned occupied basis.

Acra Lending is licensed by the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), operating in 38 states and the District of Columbia. They offer their programs and services through three lending verticals: wholesale, retail and correspondent.
